Updates: V2 fixes for De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter for Phoenix R/C simulator

Fixes on DHC-6 Twin Otter proppellers have beetwin otter 1n applied for not having radial motion blur effect as it spins at high rpm. This is purely for aesthetics fixes but the flight performance and handling characteristic remains intact. You can now download the updated file via link below and over write the existing old model via normal installation updates in Phoenix R/C simulator. Hope you enjoy the new fix.
